I'm Cynthia Charles, founder of AIMOPS.
Years of looking after clients in the software industry taught me one thing: most entrepreneurs use barely 10 % of what their digital tools can do. Not for lack of ability, but because nobody ever gave them the time, or training written for them.
The problem was never a lack of tools.
When you work for yourself, you're alone in front of your screen.
You were sold powerful software, but nobody showed you how to make it fit the way you actually work. In large companies, there are technical teams to build that bridge. AIMOPS exists to fill that gap: to translate technology so your tools finally work for you.
I know what the beauty, wellness and lifestyle world demands, so I built AIMOPS to take the mystery out of technology and AI.
My philosophy
Teaching is the whole point. I pass on skills you can actually use, so you can run your business without leaning on anyone.
I don't sell any software and I take no commission. My recommendations are entirely neutral and built around your needs alone.
AIMOPS is one person: me. No middlemen, no subcontracting: when you take a course or a one-on-one session, you work directly with me.
